When there’s a printer error, I have had success when canceling all documents to be printed and sending the print job to the printer a second time. Ever since upgrading to the new router, my printer will show as offline on four different computers, all windows operating systems, but it does it intermittently. My printer is an HP envy 4520 and only connects to the network via Wi-Fi. I just upgraded to AT&T fiber with the same gateway BGW210 router. ( For reference we have an HP OJP8710) (and BGW210 Gateway) I'm wondering if anyone has similar issues since I observed it and tested the same two printers in different environments and tested factors. Our printer has scan to email which sends fine to the internet through the printer the issue is when you try to print through the network and it appears offline. We tried restores but that wont fix the network issues when using wifi. We recently got our gateway replaced becuase it had sync issues but that printer issue was present in both the previous and replacemnt gateway.

When you connect the same printer to an ethernet connection it has full network access and works great. We have two HP printers which used to work great wireless and after testing the environment the issue is with the ATT gateway not allowing network devices to communicate. When the printer is connected over wifi you will see it on the network and the printer has full internet access from its end however from the EWS or other network devices the printer will appear as offline and print jobs will not go through.

A problem I have noticed for a while with multiple printers is that our ATT BGW210 gateway does not allow our printer to be seen online by the network devices all the time.
